✅ CIA Develops Chatbot for Analyzing Big Data
The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is developing a chatbot based on AI for processing vast amounts of open data, as reported by Bloomberg. This program is expected to assist agents in criminal investigations.
The head of the Enterprise division, Randy Nixon, confirmed this information. According to him, agency personnel will have access to the chatbot in the "very near future."
The purpose of this program is to sift through a massive volume of open data, noted Nixon. The program's interface will feature a chat that allows for specifying results through queries.
✅ ChatGPT to Utilize the Internet for Information Retrieval
With the addition of web browsing functionality, the ChatGPT database will not be limited to information available up to September 2021.
Initially, this feature will be available only to Plus and Enterprise users, but developers have announced plans to extend it to all users later.
"This feature is particularly useful for tasks that require up-to-date information, such as assisting with technical research, choosing a bicycle, or planning a vacation," according to OpenAI's statement.

In Hangzhou, China, the government will distribute 10 million digital yuan (e-CNY) during the 19th Asian Games. These tokens can be used for food and beverage delivery payments. During this period, all residents and visitors of Hangzhou can use vouchers totaling 10 million e-CNY ($1.37 million) to receive discounts ranging from 10% to 50% on delivery services.
